We are in awe with this no bake dark chocolate protein truffle recipe!
Ingredients:
3 scoops of @flexinutrition Choc / Mint Choc 100% WHEY
½ Cup of Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons of Coconut oil
2 Tablespoons of Stevia (Alternative Sweetener can be used)
4 Tablespoons of Almond Milk
4 Tablespoons of Ground Almonds
How To Prepare:
• Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to the consistency of dough
• Shape dough into 12 even sized truffles
• If the mix is too sticky, add additional cocoa powder
• Let the truffles set for a few hours or overnight in a fridge
