Since we’re all at home, let’s take a look at some free YouTube home workout channels!

The sheer volume of workout channels on YouTube is crazy, so it’s no wonder why people find it daunting when trying to figure out where to start. To make this quest easier for you, I’ve made a list of what I consider to be great workouts that you can do from the comfort of your home.

PopSugar Fitness

Whether you’re at the beginning of your fitness journey or if you have worked out for years, PopSugar fitness has a workout for you. This YouTube channel caters to all levels of fitness and is a fun and challenging way to burn some serious calories in the comfort of your living room.

PopSugar has HIIT workouts and targeted workouts so you can really customize your workout depending on the day. They also have no equipment workout options for those of you who are just starting out.

PopSugar regularly updates its content, so you can have the choice to recycle old videos you enjoyed, or try one of the new videos that they often upload multiple times a week.

HASFit

HASfit, otherwise known as Heart and Soul Fit, is a channel dedicated to strength training workouts with or without dumbbells focusing on both high and low impact workouts. This channel is amazing if you enjoy variety in your workouts, and it has an impressive 1,000 workout routines to choose from. HASfit has videos of all lengths so if you need a quick fix or if you have an hour to spare, you will find what you are looking for on HASfit’s YouTube Channel.

Fitness Blender

FitnessBlender is a channel run by a wife and husband who specialise in workouts for those of us with limited spare time. FitnessBlender has over 500 workouts, with the majority of those workouts designed to be quick so you can workout when it suits your busy schedule. This channel is super popular with over 6 million viewers, and for good reason! 

Blogilates

With an impressive 5.4 million subscriber count, Blogilates is loved by many for her energetic personality and engaging workouts. This channel is a fun one if you enjoy a challenge, as she regularly posts themed workouts such as bridal bootcamps, apartment-friendly workouts, celebrity workout etc. Blogilates uploads multiple videos a week so you are bound to find a video that works for you and your fitness goals.

Blogilates focuses a lot on sculpting and toning, so if this sounds like something that tickles your fancy you should definitely check out her channel.

The Body Coach TV

Joe Wicks is a great channel to start working out to, especially if you are ready to step into the world of HIIT workouts. Joe’s HIIT workouts can be tailored to suit your level of fitness and can be done from the comfort of your home with no workout equipment needed. Joe has a wide variety of videos on his ever-growing channel, from HARDCORE HIIT, to 5-minute warmdowns, Joe Wicks has really thought of it all. Joe even has kids workouts which can be helpful if you find yourself needing to dwindle your child’s late-night energy.
